Privacy Policy (GDPR)

When you book a photography session with me, I collect personal data such as your name, address, email address, and phone number. This information is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling our agreement, managing your booking, communicating before and after the photo session, and for invoicing.

Your information is stored for up to 7 years in accordance with the Accounting Act. After that, it is permanently deleted from my system.

I never share your personal data with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the information I hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Contact me if you have questions about how your data is handled
